PBS signs up Healthcare Associates to its growing list of medical subscribers

Safeguard Security Holdings, Inc. (OTC:SSHS), a provider of corporate, industrial and residential security solutions, announces that its Premier Background Search (PBS), a SEARCHglobal partnership (www.PBS-USA.com), signs up Healthcare Associates (www.healthcareasscociates.com) to its growing list of medical subscribers.

Laurie Foley, Director of Business Development for PBS, said, “Our new medical division of PBS is having tremendous success in marketing to this vertical. Once our new offices are completed in January, we will begin our monthly seminar programs in our conference facility here. Our team will be introducing PBS to the medical community in a way that no other background check company can do it. Our spokesperson, Bill Rathburn, will be addressing the benefits of using our services, as it relates to the medical community, and he will be addressing this forum in a webinar series that I will be announcing next month.”

R. Michael Lagow, CEO for Safeguard, stated, “PBS is well on its way to becoming a major player in the (background checks) market. I see PBS in the near term as our largest profit producing business unit and, without question, our fastest growing business subsidiary. I like the business model, as it is a subscription based business which generates revenue and profits for Safeguard around the clock.”
