InVivo Therapeutics Corporation CEO Frank Reynolds will be honored by the Irish Voice and Irish America Magazine, in collaboration with the Irish Government, as one of the 'Irish Life Science 50.' The award is the first honor to be given to influential Irish Americans for their work in the field of life sciences and is aimed to recognize "diverse accomplishments and advancements in the industry," according the Irish Voice.

Reynolds will be recognized at an award reception at the Irish Consulate in New York City on May 20, 2010. Mary McAleese, the President of Ireland, will bestow the award upon recipients to celebrate the achievements of the 'Irish Life Science 50' and will be joined by other leading Irish Americans. A special edition of the Irish Voice will also be published prior to the reception and will profile each of the honorees.
