CompuMed, Inc. (OTCBB:CMPD) (http://www.compumed.net), a telemedicine and medical informatics company, has entered into an agreement with T.H.E. Clinic to provide CompuMed's electrocardiogram (ECG) telemedicine and CardioGramKids® technology and services to the students and parents of the Lennox School District, at the Lennox Healthy Start Clinic operated by T.H.E. (To Help Everyone) Clinic, Inc. CompuMed will provide T.H.E. Clinic with the company's ECG telemedicine equipment and with over-reads performed remotely by CompuMed's cardiologists and pediatric cardiologists. CompuMed's CardioGramKids program was designed in tandem with pediatricians and other health care providers to provide ECG screening services to children and teenagers prior to taking psychotropic medications or participating in school or afterschool sports programs.

The Lennox community is an unincorporated 1.3 sq. mile area of metropolitan Los Angeles situated between Hawthorne, Inglewood and the Los Angeles International Airport. The schools comprising the Lennox School District are Buford, Felton, Huerta, Jefferson and Moffett Elementary Schools, Lennox Middle School 6, Lennox Middle School 7-8, the Early Learning School Readiness Center, and two charter high schools, Amino Leadership High and Lennox Academy of Mathematics, Science and Technology. In 2010, the Lennox Academy was ranked 25th from among more than 21,000 public schools in U.S. News & World Report's "America's Best High Schools."
