A new fitness craze swept the country this year with sexy exercise leading the trend. The ladies of Orlando, Florida were amongst the first to try it after the powerhouse opening of Vixen Fitness, an alternative luxury women's exercise and party facility. The combination of hard-hitting cardio classes combined with the sexy edge of Pole Dancing, Chair Dancing and Aerial Silks have provided women a new way of working out. "We knew what we were doing was needed, because we felt the need for it in our own lives," said Jan Lazarus and Vanessa Harbers, the founders of Vixen Fitness. The feeling was validated this year when sales for Vixen Fitness nearly doubled after moving to a new facility designed to look like an upscale nightclub, enticing ladies to workout.
Vixen Fitness has created a formula that has been proven to inspire women to keep motivated, stay fit and stay healthy. Hollywood celebrities have welcomed the Vixen Fitness formula.
"In a society where negative body image is so prevalent, it's important that women are able to feel good about their appearance, no matter what size or shape they are," says Lazarus.
The latest addition to the Vixen Fitness team is Amy Barnes. After an astonishing weight loss of 340 pounds, she became a national spokesperson inspiring women. Barnes has been seen on the Today show and cover of Oxygen Magazine. Named the Head of Personal Training, Barnes is excited to share the sexy side of Vixen Fitness with the traditional avenues of training. Creating healthy, fun relationships with exercise that women will stick with and the results to prove it have agreed with Vixen members.
The Vixen Fitness formula has produced after-hours success. Private Bachelorette and Birthday Pole Dance Parties have turned Vixen Fitness into the hottest Bachelorette destination in Central Florida. Party guests are often surprised to find they are having fun while getting a workout. A new wave of people are finding out working out can be fun and it's changing people's lives. The owners of Vixen say "every time a member tells us how their self esteem and body image has changed thru sexy exercise, we know we are on the right track; now we are waiting for the rest of the country to catch up."
