eRelevance’s progressive patient engagement service sold to 100 Medspa, Plastic Surgery practices

eRelevance Corporation (www.erelevancecorp.com), announced today that its progressive patient engagement service has been sold to nearly 100 Medical Spa (Medspa) and Plastic Surgery practices in just the first quarter of 2015. The Medspa market in particular, has been growing rapidly and offers a variety of non-invasive anti-aging and weight loss services.

"Our next generation interactive marketing solution is a great fit for Medspas and Plastic Surgery practices," stated Bob Fabbio, co-founder and CEO of eRelevance Corporation. "As a service, we do all of the work to nurture their existing and prospective patients in order to discover their needs, cultivate their interests and drive them in for care. This allows the practice to do what they do best, provide great care to their patients, making us a valued partner."

Unlike traditional impression-based marketing, the eRelevance service uses email, a mobile app, texting, web, and social media to engage existing or prospective patients in automated, personalized conversations to educate, discover needs, cultivate interests, assess health, promote special offers, and learn about their lives. The eRelevance progressive patient engagement service is used by healthcare providers and hospital systems to generate revenue, reduce risks, and improve health.
