Innovista, Houston Regional ACO partner to improve delivery and quality of healthcare

Innovista Health Solutions (Innovista), a leading Population Health Management organization enabling providers to successfully participate in value based agreements, has partnered with the newly established Houston Regional Accountable Care Organization, LLC (Houston Regional ACO). With Innovista's experience and leadership in building successful ACOs; the Houston Regional ACO estimates 100 partnering Primary-Care Physicians and 18,000 covered lives by the end of 2015.
