    The 95% safer came from two institutions. Britsh Public Health their version of our FDA, and Royal College of Physicians whom by the way, where the same group that in 1962 claimed cigarettes caused lung cancer two years prior to the US agreeing. The same think they are doing now with e-cigarettes. You'd think our country would learn from their last mistake.
