Farsightedness is the healthier eye but not for the health destroying effects of academics sitting posture of the sity, cities.  Mine are about as good as eyes can be with an A+ on the prescription for maybe other than how good they are at 74.  Maybe for the fee an optometrist wants me as a customer. Some are very unethical you know. Never saw an ophthalmologist referred to by two years earlier checkup but negated by the optometrist two years after.  School like some teachers for 35 years teaching on a C---- average was never but the same for me.  Made it with my age up till 21 but without eyewear or the money took twenty years to do a c B.A.
