    Okay, but what physical or mental traits is it responsible for?  I have my granddaughters' DNA profiles in front of me and they have very little in common, something we knew before the DNA test, since they look, think and act differently.  Now I'm trying to ascertain exactly which of these chromosomes is responsible for the few things they do have in common.  There are SOME genes they have in common.  I'd just like to know what these cover.  The first chromosome though is almost 100% different.
