The other night I and many other viewers across the world tuned in for President Obama's State of the Union address. Obama called to reform our colleges by creating scorecards that would explain the cost and value associated to a degree across different colleges. This way parents and students could get the most "bang for their buck.” I advocate for all reforms that pressure institutions who serve the public to be more financially transparent; however, the eye of scrutiny would be better off focused on one institution in particular to get the most bang for the public's buck
