Normal Human Serum is a readily available serum that can be customized as per user-specific requirements.
Details
Serum, derived from blood, is obtained through centrifugation to separate cellular components. When blood is anticoagulated, plasma containing fibrinogen and clotting factors is produced. In contrast, coagulated blood (clotted blood) yields serum without fibrinogen or other clotting factors.
Blood serum is a major source of biomarkers and is frequently employed in diagnostic testing and blood typing.
