Powerful
A state-of-the-art 5 m pixel camera offers exceptional pixel resolution and unmatched sensitivity in its class. Its f/1.2 motor-driven zoom lens allows for flawless gel imaging. The maximum viewing area is 20 cm by 24 cm, which is quite substantial for such a small, compact unit.
Flexible
An internal UV transilluminator is available for use with DNA gels, stain-free gels, visible protein gels and autoradiography analysis. An overhead LED white lighting fixture is included as standard equipment for convenient sample positioning and focusing.
Versatile
The NuGenius XE was created for stain-free applications. Thanks to its camera, the sample can be exposed for prolonged periods of time. Users can safely remove DNA bands from an agarose gel when the darkroom door is open, as the optional safety shield protects the user from UV light.
Intuitive
Images can be saved directly to a network or USB device for simple transfer. GeneTools analysis software can be utilized to quickly generate quantitative data. NuGenius XE features an unlimited supply of GeneTools.
